Lady Victoria wanted to dominate this guy and she used her foot to do it. She wanted to make sure that she dominated and degraded him so that he would never repeat what he had done. She wanted to shut him up and that is exactly what she did to the poor guy. He never forgot what she did to him and he never tried to piss her off again.
